7. FAQ

Can I apply if I only graduated from high school?

Yes. The minimum requirement is a high school diploma. You must submit your graduation certificate with an Apostille or Korean Consular seal.

Can I work part-time while studying on a D-4 visa?

Yes, but only after completing six months of study and maintaining an attendance rate of 90% or higher. You must secure permission from immigration and the university first.

Is the dormitory guaranteed for language students?

Priority is given to incoming international students. If you apply within the specified period and pay the fees on time, you are highly likely to secure a room.

How do I pay the tuition fees from abroad?

UOU will issue an invoice with a dedicated virtual bank account. You must wire the exact amount in KRW or USD via international bank transfer (such as SWIFT or Flywire).

What is the refund policy if my D-4 visa is denied?

Submit a refund application with the official visa rejection letter. UOU will refund the tuition fee, but the 100,000 KRW application fee is non-refundable.
